Workout Instructions

Each set of 2 steps is one station (Row and Front Squat are one station, Kettlebell Swing and Pull Up are the second station, etc). Spend four minutes at each station.  Get as many rounds of the two exercises at that station as possible. Rest one minute, and move on to the next station. For Row, do a 10 calorie row.
