Ring Dip

Ring Dip

The ring dip is a body weight exercise that develops strength and stability in the triceps and chest. This exercise requires a set of rings to perform. It is more difficult than a standard Dip because the rings are free to move in all directions and you have to work harder to stabilize them.

Instructions

How to perform a Ring Dip:

Grasp the rings with the palms of your hands facing your body. Raise your body up over the rings so that your arms are fully extended. Your legs should be bent at the knee behind you.
