Instructions

Use a medicine ball for the pushup portion of the exercise.

Workout Instructions

Work through cycle in 1 minute increments.  Every minute, stop and do for burpees as noted.  Keep going until all 100 reps are completed.  Record weight and total time. Rx weight for males is 95lbs and 65lbs for females.
