The Push Press is a strength and power building exercise that uses your legs to assist in a standard Shoulder Press.
How to perform a Push Press:
Stand straight while holding a barbell at chest level, keeping the back of your hands against your chest.
Side view of the previous position
Bend your knees slightly.
Explosively extend your arms and legs to drive the barbell straight up.
Catch the bar with your arms fully extended and you knees slightly bent.
Finish by fully extending your legs while holding the bar overhead.
