Workout Instructions

On a volleyball court, one skill is at each corner. After completing each set, run one full lap (returning to the completed skill- "that ain't my job") plus 1/4 to the new skill. "Lungers Lane is one of the short ends of the court, the length is walking lunges and is part of each lap. One round: four laps and completing each skill once.
