The push up is a classic body weight exercise that targets the push muscles of the upper body.

Instructions

How to perform a Push Up:

Position yourself on the floor, resting on your hands and toes. Your hands should be shoulder width apart or slightly wider. Your body should be in a straight line.

  • Bend your elbows, lowering your entire body towards the floor.
