How to perform a Jump Rope, Two Legs:

Stand with your feet approximately hip width apart and your arms down at your side, holding the jump rope behind you.

  • Rotate your wrist so that the jump rope comes over your head.

  • When the jump rope comes close to your feet, jump high enough off the ground with both of your feet at the same time to allow the rope to pass underneath.
