How to perform a Run:

Keep your shoulders back and your arms bent at 90 degrees at your waist. Your arms and hands should be relaxed.

  • Take a step, landing on the middle or front of your foot and rolling forward to the ball of your foot. Your legs should never be completely straight.

  • Push off the ground with your toes to propel yourself forward while swinging your arms in a natural, comfortable way.
