Workout Instructions

Work with a partner to complete 60 Strict Pullups & 60 Knees to Elbows as quickly as possible.  Partition the reps as desired.  While one person is on the bar, the other is on the Rower.  For every calorie rowed, subtract one second from your final time. (Time to complete reps)-(Calories rowed)=SCORE
