Instructions

One hand Kettlebells Swings. If it's too much, then just do 50 regular kettlebell swings

Workout Instructions

Warm-up:
400m Run or 2 Mins of Jumping Rope
2 Rounds of:
5 Broad Jump Burpees
15 Push Ups
15 Air Squats w/Hop
20 High Knees

Take this time to focus on your technique. Make sure you’re doing the following:

- Stance is shoulder width
- Weight on the heels
- Knees travel over the toes (make sure your knees do not travel inwards)
- Hips are fully extended at the top position
- Hips are below the top of the knee at the bottom position
- Lumbar Curve
- Chest up
- Head Neutral
- Hands reaching for the sky (this will help keeping your torso up)
- TIGHT CORE!!!! Keep that midline tight.
