Wear a 10lb vest or backpack. After each set, rest the exact time it takes you to do the previous set. For example, swim 50m in 35 seconds, rest 35 seconds, swim 100m, rest as long as it took you to swim that, swim 200m, rest for your 200m time, swim 50m, etc.
