Workout Instructions

Ring Dips - start at 10 reps in the first round, and do one LESS rep each round until you get to 1 rep in the last round.
Toes to Bar - start at 1 rep in the first round, and do one MORE rep each round until you get to 10 reps in the last round.
KB Swings are 10 reps for every round.
(Example: Round 1 - 10 Dips, 10 Swings, 1 TTB. Round 2 - 9 Dips, 10 Swings, 2 TTB. Round 3 - 8 Dips, 10 Swings, 3 TTB. Etc. Final round is 1 Dip, 10 Swings, 10 TTB.)
