Workout Instructions

Do 1 Snatch, 1 Clean and Jerk, and then as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of the rest. Add together the snatch weight (in kg), the clean and jerk weight (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score. Do not record scores for individual exercises.
