Workout Instructions

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, complete all 8 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next.  The 'rest' is in the bottom of the movement (Pushup=Plank position, Situps=1/2 Way down to floor, Squats=Just below parallel).  Your score is the least number of reps you get in any one round for each exercise.
