Workout Instructions

Remove the 2s, 3s, & 4s from a deck of a cards.  Each partner draws a card and the suit determines the exercise: Hearts=Pullup, Diamonds=Row for calories, Clubs=Burpee, Spades=Juming Slam.  The number on the card indicates the number of reps.  Face cards=10, Aces=11, and Joker=10 reps of all 4 exercises.  Record total time it takes to get through the entire deck.
