Use a single dumbbell for the thrusters. Each round, do the first set of thrusters with your right arm and the second set with your left arm. Similarly, for pull ups, do the first set with your right hand on the bar and your left hand holding your right wrist, and the next set with your left hand on the bar and your right hand holding your left wrist.
