Instructions

Bar is perpendicular to how you normally approach it. Hands together on the bar, one palm facing left, one right. Pull up, touch right shoulder to bar, then repeat with left shoulder.

Workout Instructions

Do the first set of each exercise, then do the second set of each exercise and so on. So, you would do 2 regular pullups, then 2 chinup, then 2 close grip pullups and so on. 100 total pullups. Use assistance if necessary.
