  Air Squat (complete)

2 sets of 10 reps

  Full Squat (for weight)

3 sets of 5 reps

  Straight Leg Deadlift (for weight)

3 sets of 7 reps

Workout Instructions

Do not perform the deadlifts explosively - keep a smooth, controlled movement through the set. Rest 2-3 min between sets.
