Workout Instructions

Options are (n)=60, 45 or 30.
In the first minute: Squats.
(n) - number of squats completed = number of pull ups to do.
In the second minute: Pullups
In the third minute: Squats.
(n) - number of squats completed = number of push ups to do.
Repeat this cycle for a minimum of 12 minutes.
Option to continue until a round of pullups or pushups at the prescribed number cannot be completed.
