100 thrusters with 95 lbs and 5 burpies every minute.
Start a timer and being doing thrusters. When the clock reaches the top of every minute (1:00, 2:00, 3:00, etc.) drop the weight, perform 5 burpees, and then resume doing thrusters. This workout is so evil, it punishes you for being slow (more burpees). Score by total time.
