Workout Instructions

Perform one arm dumb bell snatches with the left or right hand only, then run the 40m sprints and then perform the snatches with the opposite arm.  During the sprint portion rest for 20 seconds between each sprint.  Record number of repetitions for each hand separately and amount of time needed to complete the sprints.
