Instructions

Aim for at least 15 reps. Rest for 60 seconds. 2&3 are alternating exercises.

  TRX Atomic Push-up (for reps)

Instructions

Aim for at least 15 reps. Do not rest after set. 4&5 are alternating exercise.

  Swiss Ball Crunch (for reps)

2 sets

Instructions

Aim for at least 20 reps. Rest 60 seconds. 4&5 are alternating exercise.

  HIIT Treadmill (for calories)

3 sets of 00:01:00

Instructions

Warm-up: 5 min. 3 set: Run 60 sec. / Walk 120 sec. Cool down: 5 min.
