Workout Instructions

Wear a 20lb vest or backpack. After each set, rest exactly as long as it took you to do the set. For example, 200m run in 35 seconds, rest 35 seconds, then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.
