Workout Instructions

Wear a 30lb vest or backpack. After each set, rest the exact time it takes you to do the previous set. For example, bike 0.5 miles in 35 seconds, rest 35 seconds, bike 1 mile, rest as long as it took you to bike that, bike 2 miles, rest for your 2 mile time, bike 0.5 miles, etc.
