Biking is an aerobic exercise that is performed on a bicycle. It can be done with emphasis on building strength or improving endurance.
How to perform a Bike:
Adjust the seat of the bicycle so that your legs are just short of full extension when the pedal is furthest from your body.
Sit on the seat, placing your feet on the pedals and grasping the handlebars.
Cycle by alternately extending your legs to push the pedals.
