Use such weights with wich you could do 20 rep set without stop(recommended).(Otherwise then you will do set with 20rep, if you stop, rest just enough to regain enough strenght to do more 2 or 3 reps.) After each set rest for 90s; Reps timing slow.Workout time up to 1,30h.
