Two Handed Arm Curl

This exercise works both biceps simultaneously. This exercise can be done with a set of dumbbells, a barbell, a cable machine, or a curl bar.

Instructions

How to perform a Two Handed Arm Curl:

Stand straight up with your feet shoulder width apart. Take the weight(s) into your hands so that they are resting on your palms. Place your arms straight down by the side of your body so that the weights are facing outwards and your elbows are pulled into your sides.
  • Stand straight up with your feet shoulder width apart. Take the weight(s) into your hands so that they are resting on your palms. Place your arms straight down by the side of your body so that the weights are facing outwards and your elbows are pulled into your sides.

  • Bend your arms at your elbows to curl the weight(s) up to your shoulders.

  • Stop the weights an inch away from your shoulders.

  • Lower the weights back down, so that your arms are straight down again as in <1/position 1>.
