Instructions

Start on your back in a cross position with your arms and legs off the ground. Sit up, bringing your legs in and wrapping your arms around your knees. Return to start position.

Workout Instructions

Assign a suit to each exercise. Shuffle a deck of cards. Flip the top card and do that many reps of that exercise. Jack = 11, Queen = 12, King = 13, Ace = 14.
