Walking is a simple, easy aerobic exercise.

Instructions

How to perform a Walk:

Stand up tall with your back straight, abs pulled in looking straight ahead with head help up.

  • Take a step forward with one leg landing on the heel of your foot.

  • Roll the foot forward onto the ball of the foot.

  • Raise your heel off the ground to push off and take a step forward with your other foot.

  • Alternate pumping your arms forwards and backwards as you take your steps with the opposite leg.
