How to perform a Twisting Crunch:
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, as if performing a crunch.
Lift your head and shoulders off the floor as you twist to one side of your body.
Lower your head and shoulders back down so that you are in a straight line with your body again.
