The incline push up is a variation of the Push Up done with a raised upper body. It requires less strength to perform.
How to perform a Incline Push Up:
Position yourself in a push up position. Place your hands on a raised object, such as a box or bench. Your body should be in a straight line.
Bend your elbows, lowering your entire body towards the box. Your body should be in a line, with your back straight.
Lower yourself as far as you can, ideally until your chest touches the box.
Push yourself back up to position 1 by straightening your arms.
