The incline push up is a variation of the Push Up done with a raised upper body. It requires less strength to perform.

Instructions

How to perform a Incline Push Up:

Position yourself in a push up position. Place your hands on a raised object, such as a box or bench. Your body should be in a straight line.

  • Bend your elbows, lowering your entire body towards the box. Your body should be in a line, with your back straight.

  • Lower yourself as far as you can, ideally until your chest touches the box.
