How to perform a Elliptical:
Place your feet onto the foot petals and grasp the handlebars in front of you.
Push your right foot forward as you move your left arm forward.
Bring your right foot backwards as you bring your left foot forward. Do the same with your arms, bringing your right arm forward and your left arm backwards.
Continue alternating your feet and arms. This exercise should be done at a steady pace.
