I'm a generally athletic person who has lost her way. By that I mean that when I do workout or play a sport I enjoy myself but I sometimes struggle to find the motivation. I rowed for 3 years in college and recently joined a team in NYC to get back into the sport I love. I get to stay in shape and relax; a great combo. I do extra workouts on the side and hopefully will row in Grad School.
