The triceps extension is a triceps isolation exercise.
How to perform a Triceps Extension:
Sit straight up. Grasp a dumbbell in an overhand grip and raise your arms straight up so that the weight is right above your head. Your elbows should be facing forward.
Bend your arm at the elbow, lowering the weight behind your head.
Continue to lower until your arms are completely bent.
Straighten your arms back up to position 1.
