This exercise works both biceps simultaneously. This exercise requires a preacher bench, which eliminates the use of any momentum your body may generate when doing curls.
How to perform a Preacher Curl:
Sit on the preacher bench with the back of your upper arms on the pad. Your armpits should rest near the top of the pad.
Grasp the bar in front of you in the palms of your hand with your arms approximately shoulder width apart.
Bend your arms at the elbow as you curl the weight up towards your shoulders, keeping your upper arms in contact with the pad at all times.
Lower the weight back down so that your arms are straight again as in position 2.
