The two-handed bent over row is a weight training exercise that primarily targets your back muscles. It is done with a barbell.

Instructions

How to perform a Bent Over Row:

Stand with your feet approximately shoulder width apart with a slight bend in your knees. Hold the weight in an overhand grip.

  • Bend at your waist so that your back is almost parallel to the floor. Your lower back should be slightly arched.

  • Bend your arms and pull your elbows back to lift the weight up to your chest.

  • Extend your arms to lower the weight back to <2/position 2>
