The rope climb helps to develop strength, agility, and coordination in your back, core, and arms.
How to perform a Rope Climb:
Grab the rope with one hand underneath the other, at head level or above. One hand should be 6 to 12 inches above the other.
Wrap your legs around the rope, hooking one foot in front of the rope and one foot behind the rope.
Pull your body up with your arms so that your arms are now at chest level.
Squeeze the rope with your legs and feet as you reach your hands up, one at a time, on the rope. One hand should be underneath the other again.
Loosen your leg grip on the rope, supporting yourself with your feet and pulling your body up into the third position.
