The one handed arm curl is a strength exercise that isolates your bicep.

Instructions

How to perform a One Handed Arm Curl:

Hold a dumbbell in one hand so the dumbbell is resting in the palm of your hand. Let your arms hang at your sides.
  • Hold a dumbbell in one hand so the dumbbell is resting in the palm of your hand. Let your arms hang at your sides.

  • Bend your arm at the elbow, bringing the dumbbell up towards your shoulder.

  • Stop the dumbbell an inch from your shoulder.

  • Lower the weight, so that you are back in <1/position 1>.
