Workout Instructions

400m DB farmers carry and thrusters (50/35#)

*Every 10 meters stop and perfrom 1 thruster.

**Set two cones 10 m apart.  You need to walk around the cone, and perform 1 thruster every 10 m.  Then, bring the dumbells back to your sides and continue on.

Rx’d weights are per hand as follows:
Age 40-45: 50/35#
Age 45-49: 45/30#
Age 50-54: 40/30#
Age 55-59: 35/25#
Age 60+: 30/15#
