Workout Instructions

A variation of Fight Gone Bad.  Perform as many rounds of the following exercises until you get 300.  For example, if you get to 299 after 3 rounds, you need to complete the 4th round.  Record all reps.  The exercises about reflect a total for the number of rounds completed.  This is a benchmark workout for Chaparral.
