200m warmup, 500m with fins, 500m without fins, followed by 50m hypoxic pyramid (see below), followed by 200m cooldown.

Workout Instructions

Pyramid of freestyle swimming, with 10 levels of 2,4,6,8,10,10,8,6,4,2 strokes per breath. ie. first level of pyramid you take a breath after every 2 strokes, second level breathe after every 4 strokes, etc.
