Workout Instructions

At the top of every minute complete a 20 sec front plank then do as many push ups as you can until the minute is up.  Immediately begin the Front Plank for 20 sec again and then to the push ups.  Do this until you reach 100 Push ups.  Record how many rounds it takes you to complete the 100 push ups.
