Workout Instructions

Take a deck of cards and shuffle.  Flip the top card and do the face value of what ever exercise matches the suite.  Face Cards = Sprint to end of driveway and back.  J = 1, Q = 2, K = 3.  Ace is 1.  Keep flipping cards until the deck is done.  Can be done in teams, but each team member must finish each card before the team can flip the next card.
