Instructions

Start on your hands and knees and get into in a sprinter’s start position. Keep your hands on the ground and push off with your feet so you alternate foor placement-run in place. Keep a straight back.

  Plank

Instructions

In the push up position rest your weight from your elbow to your hands - the whole forearm - Remain in this position for as long as possible. A minute is a good goal. Scale up as you are able to.

  Leg Raise

25 reps

  Side Plank

1 rep

Instructions

From the pushup position lift your left/right arm and place your left/right foot over the other. The arm in the air should be at a 90 angle. Keep this position for a minute or longer.

Workout Instructions

Repeat this workout 5 times. Stretch before and after. Drink plenty of agua.
