Workout Instructions

Take a deck of cards and shuffle well.  Flip the top card and do the face value of what ever exercise matches the suit.  Face cards are 10, Ace is 11. Jokers are Run 400. Keep flipping cards until the deck is done. Each person gets his/her own deck.
