    First set was real hard and I just felt weak. I got pinned on set two and the last three sets were just for show. I think a deload is needed.

    3.5 min rest between sets. It felt heavy! Form may not have been perfect but I did it. Some reps may have had less depth but all were pretty good.

    Scaled to 95 pounds and 4 rounds. Thrusters felt weak, but afterwards, Eric gave me some pointers that helped.
