The rope climb helps to develop strength, agility, and coordination in your back, core, and arms.
How to perform a Rope Climb, Legless:
Grab the rope with one hand underneath the other, at head level or above. One hand should be 6 to 12 inches above the other.
Pull yourself off the ground so that you are only hanging onto the rope with your hands.
Place your bottom hand above the top hand.
Pull yourself up. Repeat the previous step and this step until you are at the top of the rope.
Perform the opposite of the previous two steps, lowering yourself back down the rope in a controlled manner.
