The rope climb helps to develop strength, agility, and coordination in your back, core, and arms.

Instructions

How to perform a Rope Climb, Legless:

Grab the rope with one hand underneath the other, at head level or above. One hand should be 6 to 12 inches above the other.

  • Pull yourself off the ground so that you are only hanging onto the rope with your hands.

  • Place your bottom hand above the top hand.

    Place your bottom hand above the top hand.

  • Pull yourself up. Repeat <3/the previous step> and this step until you are at the top of the rope.

  • Perform the opposite of the previous two steps, lowering yourself back down the rope in a controlled manner.
