The leg press is a weight training exercise that targets the quadriceps. It requires a press machine or weight sled.
How to perform a Leg Press:
Position yourself flush against the back of the bench. Your hands should be on the side grips.
Place feet flat against the weight platform.
Bend your knees into you chest to lower the weight down until your legs are just past a 90 degree angle.
Extend your legs, pushing the weight back up.
