The front raise is a weight training exercise that isolates the front shoulder muscles.
How to perform a Front Raise:
Stand, hold dumbbells with your arms straight down in front of you, palms facing legs.
Lift your arms up, making sure that you have a slight bend in your elbow. Ensure no momentum is used to raise the weights.
Bring your arms to shoulder level.
Lower your arms back down to position 1.
