A double under is an advanced jump roping exercise. It places more stress on the core and requires more power.

Instructions

How to perform a Double Under (Jump Rope):

Stand with your feet approximately hip width apart and your arms down at your side, holding the jump rope behind you.

  • Quickly rotate your wrist so that the jump rope comes over your head with significant speed.

  • Jump high into the air as you rotate the jump rope around. You may find it helpful to tuck your feet.
